MISTA Ltd. is a private company established in 1991. All shares are owned by members of the board.
From the beginning MISTA Ltd  has been dealing with construction and road building equipment industry.
For the first few years the company worked as a sole representative for Russian manufacturers of motorgraders and Belarusian manufacturers of loaders and loader-excavators.
In 1996 MISTA’s engineers started to work out the motor grader of their own design, and very shortly the company launched the very first unit of their own model, named RD165. While working on that project MISTA started good and long term cooperation with such well-known global producers as: CUMMINS, IVECO, DEUTZ, BOSCH-REXROTH, SAUER-DANFOSS, ZF PASSAU GmbH, NAF GmbH, POCLAIN HYDRAULICS which is still alive and developing, providing the graders with best quality, highest efficiency, most modern technology, that meets up-to-date world markets requirements and make them competitive to all global-known brands.
Currently , MISTA LTD. is a producer for 5 modes of graders: RD130, RD165C, RD165H, RD200 and RD200H. All models have passed tests and examinition to be approved for work in European Union territory and being marked we CE label.
Dedicated technical staff handles the warranty and post-warranty servicing for its customers and supplies spare parts for wide range of construction equipment. The company is wide opened for world market demands. All MISTA Ltd products are safety certified.
The company has a store and custom bonded store contains the great volume of spare parts what provides prompt realizing of the orders from the customers.

Since 2004 MISTA has extended its program by production of steel and welded elements and structures, cooperation for machining and assambling elements for shipbuliding and offshore industry eg. winches, cranes, davits, columns, platforms, machining of metals elements.

In 2008 the company started production of crushers for Austrian Rockster Recycler brand.

MISTA runs its business in its own facilities and offices including public custom bonded store.
